Hi Guys, I recently upgraded to OSX Mavericks and today I turned on Axe FX after along time. I am on Version 11.05. I have connected the USB cable but no Axe Edit or Fractal Bot is Up. Midi Fx Freeze For Mac High Sierra

I'm having communication issues receiving midi program changes from protools 9 to my Axe2. Everything works great for the first 1/2 hour to hour but eventually my Axe will freeze up and need a reboot.
I am receiving the cc's via the usb port. I was using the midi i/o and it was working great (I did it with my old Axe Ultra for a year), but eventually it started making the patch changes jump wildly across the preset banks rather then smoothly changing. I stumbled upon the fact it would program change via the usb port and it worked so I was good for a while.
But now it randomly freezes and that's a bummer.
My initial thought was I had too many usb devices and they're messing with the Mac Pros usb i/o. I'm using a Motu Micro Lite for midi and either a M-Audio Fast Track Ultra 8R via usb at practice or a 003 via Firewire at home, but the problem persists across every device combination. Also it doesn't matter if its on the Mac Pro Laptop or on the Mac Pro tower, it still freezes up.
Also, I'm not sure if this is related but my Axe 2 tuner will no stay on. I turn it on, it turns itself off.
I want to run my patch changes for multiple instruments via Midi cables and midi device. Would upgrading to a Motu Midi Express XT or similar help? Also would bad midi cabling cause the aforementioned problem? I was using crappy Hosa cables....upgrade to Mogami?
The USB freeze issue troubles me considering I have a very minimal usb chain. At this point i'm not sure the CC's via midi are even causing the freeze, the hardware itself could just be freezing. It freezes frequently when tone dialing with just Axe Edit. (Could usb cabling be the issue?)
And thats where I'm at. If it's a hardware malfunction I need to cash in the warranty while It's covered. I don't feel thats the issue though. It seems like a signal chain, cabling, missing a component, need better gear issue. Either way I'm stumped and it sucks. I can't rightly play live with that kind of risk on my shoulders.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
ps... when it works automated patch changes are a thing of beauty.
